Wow. This stuff really is heavenly. I have both cane and Rex begonias. I potted up a cane prop recently, and then had to do an emergency repot for a rex begonia that was in 100% peat and struggling. Both are doing SO great, you wouldn’t guess that they’d both just been through a repot. Of course I did treat the roots like lil bebes, but I see absolutely *no* stress signs. 😱 This is magic!
I have found and been listening to the podcast for only a short time in the realm of things, and I just had to take the plunge and try out some soils. I got the “mix & match” 5 different quarts, and I freaking love B*tches Love Hoyas. This is simply unlike any other substrate out there, and all my Hoyas that I’ve tested it on; LOVE it. I have only been using it for a couple weeks now, so if I can, I will leave an update a little further down the line. I love the amount of care and research that have gone into each ingredient, and coming from someone who usually likes to DIY, I will be putting Oh Happy Plants dirt into my budget, because it is just the best. Thank you Veronica, from me and my plants in the PNW 🩶🌿
This is my third order from oh happy plants. I have tried the turbo mix which I love, and now v’s mix twice I love the soils and will definitely keep purchasing!
This is an amazing mix for Phalaenopsis orchids. It holds onto more moisture than most bark mixes, but less than sphagnum moss so it is literally and figuratively a "happy medium"! I've recommended this to many of my clients and they are thrilled as well. Highly recommend!!!!!!
My plant is looking fabulous! Thank you for an exceptional customer service experience & product!
I bought these for my pothos, and I tied some of the long trails to the pole in hopes of it growing to the pole. Its pretty sturdy so i was able to tie a couple trailing vines of my pothos to it. It's been about a week and a half so far with no growth onto the pole, but with no drip system, I do struggle to keep this pole moist to help root growth. It seems any water I mist it with slides right off and if I spray and soak it in the shower, it's bone dry by the next day. I hope to come up with something to solve this issue.
My plants seem to love it so far, so as long as they're happy, I have no complaints lol
