I am in the process of switching most of my collection over to V’s Mix, but I repotted my ficus tineke in Tropical Climber, and I think he LIKES it. I wrote down the date I repotted, Jan 4 2026. Today is Jan 22, so about 2.5 weeks later, and these are his roots pictured 😱 I’ve never seen so much growth as I have when using ANY of Oh Happy Plants dirt. It’s a little spendy, as a pretty frugal person, but Veronica’s soils are WORTH it. It is simply the best. Blows anything else out of the water.

I repotted my few succulents with this potting mix. It’s light & airy. Hopefully they will all thrive.
I had not see gnat stickies that sit on the soil. I am liking this better than the big sticky stuck in my pot.
Used on a couple of my new plants and I'm glad I put them in the tub. The amount of crap that came of the leaves was nasty.
Dang it, it’s really hard to review the other mixes after I fell in love with V’s Mix 😆 BUT, If I didn’t have V’s mix, then this is what I would reach for! I repotted this tradescantia THREE weeks ago and it is loving the new soil. Check out this crazy root growth!
Ok. So. This V's Mix changed everything for me, and I didn't even order it myself. Veronica snuck in a quart of this stuff (thank you thank you) with my little 5 quart mix and match order, and it just so happens to be the BEST soil I have ever used in my life. A few weeks after I potted up several plants in this mix I turned around, came back, and bought 10 gallons of V's Mix. It's like the best upper (for plants) ever, with no crash. I put a couple hoya cuttings in this mix, and 2 weeks later (and I'm not even exaggerating) I saw substantial root growth through my clear nursery pot, and growth already on TOP... WHAT?! I am blown away. Yes, it's a little spendy, but I believe that over the long run this will actually save me money because I won't have to spend it on treatments or anything else. I can't wait until my entire collection is in this mix.
